At Palm Pals, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all items in original condition. Please ensure tags remain attached and garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order quickly.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
